When it comes to rewards, some of my favorites involve bringing people together to celebrate. Rewards like office lunches and team outings are great for deepening relationships. Unfortunately, these rewards are impossible due to the pandemic while we socially distance ourselves and work remotely.

For many working remotely for the first time, the line between work life and home life is blurry. A recent study conducted by Qualtrics found that 44.4% of those now working from home say their mental health has declined. There is no better time than now to invest in the health of your people.
